Un recuerdo de su juventud ,para el gran Hernan Quintanilla Mendez, Profesor y Dramaturgo nombrado este miércoles 8 de Agosto como Hijo Ilustre de la comuna, vistiendo el uniforme de la Segunda Compañía de Bomberos.
